MSF organises information sessions called "Experience sharing" on a regular basis. During the sessions, recently returned field workers give a presentation about their mission and share their experiences in the field with experienced MSF field workers and potential field workers. The experience sharing sessions take place in Hong Kong as well as the Philippines, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Indonesia. The Information sessions are often combined with recruitment sessions.
If you meet the requirements for one of the field positions and you are interested in applying, we welcome you to join the experience sharing sessions. The sessions will give you better understanding of work in the field and help you prepare for your future mission.
If your background and experience does not match with the available positions in the field you might want to consider working as an office volunteer.
